Lamb Recipes

We prepare all our lamb dishes using grass fed Wiltshire Horn and Wiltshire Horn cross sheep. The meat is lean and tender. Eggs used are from our free range hens and our meals are accompanied by fresh crisp produce from our garden and orchard.
